Description
Murders are rare in the small Florida town where Chicago homicide detective Jack Starkey retired to run a bar. So when two bodies shot execution style are found, the local police chief asks Jack to come out of retirement and take a look at the crime scene. But before Jack knows it, he is drawn into an investigation involving everyone from the Russian mob to the local little league team.
